Cottages

Kelpie Cottage 

The cottage has spectacular views, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). A small enclosed yard to the rear and a bench and parking area to the front. The house is a traditional fishing cottage in a quiet village situated on the NE250 route.

Buttermere Cottage 

A beautiful holiday cottage located in a perfect spot to enjoy both the countryside and coastal areas. It’s a great vacation rental for visitors from overseas.

Rated 4 star by VisitScotland, Buttermere Cottage is a luxury property with two double rooms. Both bedrooms offer luxury accommodation for two people. Quality bed linen, lovely soft towels, deep mattresses & luxurious furnishings ensure you are comfortable away from home. The cottage is warm and cosy in the winter.

Woodburn Cottage

Traditional yet stylish highland cottage offering spacious accommodation amid glorious scenery and far reaching countryside views.

Three double bedrooms one of which is on the ground floor across from the large bathroom with separate shower & bath, making this property suitable for those with limited mobility.

Outside are large gardens with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, with ample off-street parking. Dog friendly. Mountain walks from the door. Short breaks throughout the year. Rates from £75 per night. Welcome pack on first evening.

Waterside Cottage – Glenlivet 

Waterside Cottage is the perfect base for exploring many attractions the Highlands offers. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, a base to tour the Speyside Whisky Trail or simply get outdoors, Waterside Cottage is the place where you can do these and more. This period cottage has plenty of character with exposed stone features and beams, and wood burners for cosy evenings in!

Hotel/Guesthouses

Ban-Car Hotel
Book the Ban-Car Hotel on the A90 between Peterhead and Fraserburgh.

Whether it would be to stay in one of our 21 tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable En-suite rooms or to dine in our warm and friendly lounge / restaurant, served by local staff.

With both Scottish and English roots David, Tina and family will make sure you are looked after.

We can even provide an overnight stop with your camper van if needed, all we say is come and eat and drink in our hotel.

Castle View Guesthouse
Perfectly located in the heart of Inverness with breathtaking views of the Castle across the river. We look forward to welcoming you to the highlands and providing you with a comfortable and relaxing break. Castle View guest house is located in a vibrant, central location directly opposite the Inverness Castle on the banks of the River Ness.

We have a selection of newly refurbished and very comfortable family, twin, super king, king, and double rooms.

The Gordon Guest House 

The Gordon Guest House welcomes you to the heart of beautiful Ballater. A delicious Scottish breakfast, comfortable beds and stunning views await.

Each of our four well-appointed en suite rooms features a super-king size bed, a smart TV and sofa, fairtrade tea/coffee tray and Scottish snacks. Three of the rooms can be configured as a twin and one room as a triple, all rooms are available for single occupancy. Room 1 has a jacuzzi whirlpool bath – perfect to unwind in after a long day outdoors.

Laichmoray Hotel 

Ideally placed on the North East 250 route we would be delighted to welcome you to the Laichmoray Hotel.

Warmth of atmosphere is the priority of the day at the Laichmoray. Offering 34 individually styled rooms, the hotel has been tastefully upgraded without losing any of the character of its Victorian building which dates back to 1853.

If you enjoy a gin and tonic at the end of the day or if whisky is more your thing then you will feel right at home in their Cocktail Bar and Whisky Lounge which houses at least one Malt whisky from every malt distillery in Scotland and a vast number of Scottish Gins.

Saplinbrae Hotel & Lodges
Saplinbrae Hotel and Lodges showcases the best in relaxed dining and living, where the quality of service and commitment to consistency is excellent, but still personal and fun!

Providing nine bedrooms have historic charm—original cornices and their own wee quirks—which we have complemented this with local art, antique prints and touches of tweed from our local mill. Glamping/Camping/Caravan Parks

Hillhead Hideaways
Located in beautiful Banffshire, Hillhead Hideaways is home to a set of luxury glamping pods each with their own en-suite, hot tub and private BBQ house. Each pod is fully furnished with comfy beds, a kitchen area – making them perfect for exploring Scotland’s stunning countryside. An easy drive will take you to the coast and there’s the Whisky Trail to explore, the Macduff Aquarium, the Scottish Dolphin Centre and much more to see in the area.

Four luxury glamping pods are set on this glampsite, each pod with its own private indoor hot tub and BBQ house.

Wester Bonnyton Caravan and Camping Park
A quiet farm site overlooking the Moray Firth with 8 pitches for tents, motorhomes and caravans. Static caravan hire is also available.

Aden Caravan and Camping
Nestled in the heart of rural Aberdeenshire and situated at the gateway to the 230 acre Aden Country Park, the award-winning Aden Caravan and Camping offers the perfect location for visiting the North East of Scotland.

We have available 23 touring pitches, all with electric hook-up included in the price, and 20 camping pitches too.
