You receive:

GPX version of the North East 250 route map
All North East 250 Digital Visitor Membership documents are available digitally to download once receipt of payment has been confirmed.
You will receive a login and user name to enter the Visitor Member area of northeast250.com where you can view the latest North East 250 Visitor Newsletter, itineraries, download all your Digital Visitor Membership items, a downloadable certificate to say that you have completed the entire North East 250 route.

For North East 250 Visitor Memberships, digital documents will also be available on confirmation of payment and all other additional membership benefits will be sent out within 5 working days of payment via Royal Mail, 2nd Class. Working days are Monday- Friday.
Payments
The North East 250 Digital Visitor Membership is £7 and a Visitor Membership is £15. Payment for all memberships are made online at time of application via PayPal on the North East 250 website.
All memberships are valid for one year from date of payment and all benefits will cease upon expiry.
You can renew your membership within one year of the initial expiry date. It is the member’s responsibility to renew their membership: the membership will not auto-renew.
Refunds
Visitor Membership subscriptions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. The digital Visitor Membership is also non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Visitor Membership Pack
North Coast 250 Ltd. does not accept any responsibility for any loss, damaged and/or stolen membership packs once in the physical possession of the member. If your pack is not received within 10 working days from the date of payment please email info@northeast250.com to inform us so that we can investigate this matter.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes our liability (1) for death or personal injury caused by our negligence (2) for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation (3) for breach of the terms implied by the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (4) in relation to your rights as a consumer in a way which cannot be so lawfully limited or excluded or (5) for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms and conditions or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or negligence, or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we agree to these terms and conditions.
Your personal data and privacy
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to our Privacy Policy which can be found on the North East 250 website.
We will only ever use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and should you have any queries in relation to it please contact us at info@northeast250.com.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Scotland. We both agree that the courts of Scotland shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
